Life Skills Programme
FAMT T&P Cell conducted a Life Skills Programme in collaboration with Rubicon + Barclays. This 3-day training event successfully took place from July 24th through July 26th, 2023, aiming to empower and uplift our final year students across all branches of the 2023-24-year passing batch.
The initiative was a part of Barclays’ CSR activity, effectively executed by Rubicon. The program was designed to upskill unemployed youths in line with industry requirements and ready them for their future corporate journeys.
Students were trained in essential soft skills including Interview Skills, Corporate Readiness, Group Discussions, and Online Profile Management through various mediums such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, and speeches by industry experts. The interactive sessions allowed for comprehensive learning, including mock interviews that provided the students with a feel of real-life corporate scenarios.
The program was kicked off with an inaugural event held on July 24th, graced by the presence of the Principal, Heads of Departments, the Training and Placement team, and our enthusiastic students. Following the inauguration, the rigorous training sessions unfolded over the next three days.
We are delighted to share that the students provided overwhelmingly positive feedback, reflecting their satisfaction with the training’s quality and relevance. They felt the program significantly improved their soft skills and increased their confidence to face the corporate world.
On the successful completion of the program, students were awarded e-Certificates to acknowledge their participation and efforts. Our heartfelt thanks to all the participants, trainers from Rubicon + Barclays, and our in-house team for their enthusiastic participation and contributions, making this event a success.
