A Session on ‘Challenges for Engineering Students and Coping Strategies’
Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri organized a Session on “Challenges for Engineering Students and Coping Strategies” on Tuesday 25th July 2023. Dr. Neena Shinde (General Consultant and Clinical Psychologist, Ratnagiri) was the resource person. Dr. Neena Shinde is the Student Counsellor of FAMT since 2022.
Dr. Neena Shinde elaborated on the concept of an engineer’s life and the challenges faced by engineering students. She discussed various strategies to cope with those challenges. She also conducted small meditation activities during the session.
Principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad expressed his views about the life of the engineering students. Prof. Darshana Bapat presented a vote of thanks. Ms. Avanee Athawale from T.E. Electrical anchored the programme. Around 120 students attended the session.
