Donation Drive for the children of AVISHKAR

EESA organized a DONATION DRIVE for the children of ‘AVISHKAR’, Bal Nirikshan and Paryavekshan Griha’ on  14th January 2018 at  ‘Bal Nirikshan and Paryavekshan Griha’ on the eve of ‘Makar Sankranti’. These institutions look after the orphans, juveniles and differently abled children. The motive behind this event is to bring light to the ignored sections i.e. the physically, mentally and financially challenged children.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Ganesh Ingle inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp and distribution of ‘tilgul’ on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. After felicitations of the dignitaries, Powar Sir (teacher at Balgriha) shared information about ‘Bal Nirikshan and Paryavekshan Griha’ and children admitted here. The incumbent of the Griha, Mr. Sawant shared his thoughts focusing on how important it is to give back to the society and what good impact it leaves on the society. He also shared the stories of the children from here, who become entrepreneurs and respected citizens in the society. Dy. SP Ingle Sir praised the social efforts of EESA and offered best wishes for its coming events. He mainly focused on teaching the children of  Griha that nothing is impossible if you strive for what you wish. An activity of collage making was held for the children by the coordinators of EESA. Simultaneously the students were asked to write down their ambitions on a separate piece of paper. The event ended with musical chairs game and distribution of chocolates to the children.
