A Seminar on Cyber Security was organized by the Information Technology department on 27 September, 2019 in IT Seminar Hall. Mr. Manish Singh from ATS InfoTech, authorized training partner of Microsoft USA, interacted with students from SE and TE, Information Technology.
The seminar focused on creating awareness among the students about Microsoft Virtual Academy Certification on Cyber Security. He emphasized on the benefits of student’s participation in such certification programs as it helps the students to acquire Microsoft Certification Vouchers on discounted price and E-Learning Material for future study reference.
The program was overseen by the Head of Information Technology Department, Dr. Vinayak Bharadi along with Prof. Atiya Kazi as the Departmental coordinator. All the students from SE and TE were in full attendance and gained an insight of the latest trends in cyber security. They were also made aware about how such certifications will boost their skill set. The students expressed a vivid interest in attending such seminars and workshops in future.
