The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri, conducted a career guidance seminar on “Career Opportunities in Marine Engineering” on 10th February, 2020 for the students of final year Mechanical Engineering. It was delivered by Mr. Shoaib Mhaskar who is working as a Second Engineer at Valles Steamships.
The programme began with the welcome and introduction of Mr. Shoaib Mhaskar by Prof. M. L. Naik. Mr. Shoaib Mhaskar inspired the students to enter in a field of Marine Engineering with his in depth guidance and live experiences. A total of 46 students of B.E. Mechanical attended the seminar.
The program was organized under the guidance of Dr. M. S. Kirkire, HoD Mechanical. Prof. P. P. Thakur, Prof. M. L. Naik, Prof. P. B. Horambe and Prof. P. R. Kambale coordinated the seminar successfully.
