FAMT held Blood Donation Camp
FAMT organized a “Blood Donation Camp” in association with Lions Club, Ratnagiri on 23 August, 2018 at the institute.
The program was inaugurated by the principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad by addressing the donors and staff members of blood donation banks. He appreciated the students’ enthusiastic participation and concern for others. There were three blood banks, namely a blood bank of Civil Hospital Ratnagiri, Red Cross Ratnagiri and Valavalkar Hospital, Dervan. More than 140 students donated blood. Mrs. Bedekar, President of Lions Club, Dr. Bedekar, Mr. Parag Phadke and the members of Lions Club were present during the camp. The program was successfully coordinated by Prof. D. D. Joshi, Faculty- Incharge, student affairs; Prof. M. N. Tagare, Faculty Incharge – Alumni and Prof. D. S. Nangare.
