One Week Training Program on Arduino Programming and its Application in Power Systems

The Electrical Engineering Department of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT) organized a One Week Training Program on Arduino and its Application to Power Systems from 21st to 26th June 2021. The main objective of this training program was to provide the fundamental knowledge of Arduino Processor with hands-on practice. The topics covered in the workshop include – Hardware and Software Programming. The outcome of the program was in the form of the implementation of a sample working project.

The program was conducted by Mr L. Fernandes for the second-year students of the Electrical Engineering Department of FAMT. The inaugural ceremony of the program witnessed the presence of Dr Sandeep Chawda, HoD Electrical Engineering Department, along with the faculty and staff members of the Department. Dr Sandeep Chawda in his motivational address emphasized the importance of learning new technologies and tools for the students. He also highlighted the vast scope of Arduino Processor with hands-on practice. Mr L. Fernandes in his opening address gave the introduction of the program with the schedule and contents to be covered.

Mr Sudhir S. Wamane coordinated the training program under the guidance of Dr Sandeep Chawda, Head of Electrical Engineering Department and the encouragement of Honorable Principal Dr Kaushal Prasad. A total of 61 second-year students of the Electrical Engineering Department of FAMT attended the program.
