A Talk with an Entrepreneur
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) in collaboration with IIC, IEDC and MIC Committees of FAMT, organized ‘A Talk with an Entrepreneur’ for all FAMT students on 16thOctober 2023.
Dr. Kaushal Prasad, the Principal, felicitated the resource person, Mr. Gaurang Agashe, a renowned entrepreneur with extensive experience in business. Prof. V. V. Nimbalkar, the Head of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) Department felicitated the Principal, Dr. Kaushal Prasad. The Heads of Information Technology Dr.V. A. Bharadi Electronics and Telecommunication Department, Dr. S. V. Chougule were also part of this expert talk. The talk with Mr. Gaurang Agashe provided valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship, sharing their experiences, challenges, and strategies for success.
Mr. Gaurang Agashe, the visionary behind the successful online food and Grocery delivery application ‘Unbox’, shed light on the dynamic landscape of the food delivery industry. The talk delved into the evolution of the online food and Grocery delivery industry, tracing its growth and transformation over the years. He discussed the challenges and opportunities that have arisen as a result. The entrepreneur, Mr. Gaurang Agashe shared his journey from the initial concept to the current stage of his business. He discussed the challenges he faced, such as securing funding, building a team, and navigating the early stages of his startup. The talk delved into the Mr. Gaurang Agashe’s business strategy, including his unique selling proposition, target market, and competitive advantage.
He discussed how he adapted his strategy to changing market conditions. Mr. Gaurang Agashe talked about the significance of innovation in staying competitive. He highlighted the need for adaptability in a rapidly changing business landscape and shared examples of how he has innovated within his business.
