The Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering organized a Value Added Course on ‘Python Programming and Raspberry Pi’from 28th July to 31st July, 2019 for T.E. students. Mr. Samarjeet Chavan, Director, JeetFortuneline Pvt. Ltd, Sangali; was the resource person for this course.
The course was inaugurated by Dr. S. V. Chougule, HOD E&TC. She welcomed the resource person and introduced him to all the participants. The course covered various theoretical topics which include introduction to Python, Syntax and Functions in Python, G.U.I using Python, Raspberry pi, and project development using Raspberry pi with hands-on practice sessions.
It was attended by 51 third year students which helped them to get confidence in Python programming and think for developing their projects using Raspberry Pi. The course was coordinated by Prof. G. S.Kulkarni & Prof. S. S. Athalye.
