Two days workshop on PCB Design

Two days workshop on PCB Design

The department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering organized a two days Workshop on “PCB Design” starting from 1st September, 2018. Prof. R. R. Kulkarni and Prof. A. A. Chavan were the resource persons for the workshop.

The workshop aimed at providing knowledge about simulation using Proteus, Layout making using Proteus and making physical PCB. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Mrs. S. V. Chougule (H.O.D. E&TC) with an informative and motivational talk on “PCB Designing”.

Prof. A. A. Chavan explained the use of Proteus software. The students simulated manual Pulser Circuit and prepared layout of the same in Proteus. Prof. R. R. Kulkarni explained PCB making procedure and do’s and don’ts of making PCB. She also explained various circuits which can be used often by the students and motivated then in designing such circuits. The students prepared PCB for Manual Pulser.

Total 52 students of E&TC department were participated with enthusiasm in the workshop. The students shred their feedbacks that they enjoyed learning to design PCB with hands on experience.  Mr. S. R. Pardule extended the support for smooth conduction of the workshop.
