Technical Talk on Solar Thermal Energy Conversion
Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a technical talk on Solar thermal energy conversion for the students of Elective subject in Renewable Energy Sources of Semester VIII. This technical talk was organized on 11th October 2022. A total of 33 students participated in the event.
The talk was based on the topic of solar energy and its application to the syllabus of renewable energy sources. The students can understand the need and potential of solar thermal energy for the development of a sustainable environment. The talk focused on the key aspects of the syllabus like studying the design and installation criteria of various equipment to convert renewable energy into useful energy.
The program was coordinated by Prof. Hemant V Chavan under the guidance of Dr M. S. Kirkire, Dean of Academics and HoD Mechanical Department.
