Plastic Management Awareness Program 2022-23
Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT), Ratnagiri is committed to sensitizing the students towards the solutions to social problems using technical knowledge. In line with this, FAMT organized a “Plastic Management Awareness program” on 18th January 2023.
Project Coordinator – Mr. Aditya Londhe from Poornam Ecovision Foundation, Pune delivered a lecture on “Plastic Management Awareness program- Eco Brick Preparation”. Poornam Ecovision Foundation has been working in the sector of Waste Management and Environment in Pune since 2012. Different projects are carried out by this organization.
Mr Aditya Londhe explained the preparation of Eco Brick from Plastic Waste which finds important application in the construction field. A question-answer session was carried out after the program.
Incharge Principal – Dr S.B.Kulkarni addressed the gathering. The event was successfully organized by Prof. Umesh K Samant (Program Officer) and Prof. Abhijit M. Date (Institute Coordinator) under the guidance of Principal Dr Kaushal Prasad.
