Mechanical Engineering Students Association (MESA) organized a Book Fair on 8thAugust to 14th August, 2019. The fair was inaugurated by Principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad along with Dr. Milind Yadav, Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Dr. Milind Kirkire (Dean Academics), Prof. Tushar Kavatkar, Prof. R. M. Rasal (MESA Faculty Advisors), Vikrant Patwardhan, MESA Head, Swati Chavan, Ladies Representative, Shriyog Gimhavanekar, Assistant MESA Head, Ameya Patkar, Event Heads and Rohan Posane.
The purpose of the book fair was to make available old books for the students of academy at affordable price. It was helpful for the students who cannot afford to purchase new books from the market. Around 67 books were collected and put on sale during the fair. The book fair offered an opportunity to find various technical books in different areas which would enhance the reading and learning habits of students. All the coordinators worked hard to make the event a grand success.
