An Expert Lecture on “Python for Data Analytics” was organized by the Information Technology Department on 22nd November 2020. The Expert lecture focused on creating awareness about python for data analytics, as a future career option for students. The attendees were across IT, Computer and E&TC branches.
The resource person invited for the webinar was Prof. Amar A Palwankar, Assistant Professor from the IT Department. He interacted with students via Google meet and answered their queries after the session. He emphasized on understanding of the value of Python, wide area of application, future trend about programming. The event was initiated by HoD IT, Dr Vinayak A. Bharadi and organized by Prof. Onkar D Dike. All the students expressed a vivid interest in attending and benefiting from more such events in future.
