A Two days intercollegiate technical / non-technical festival

The two days intercollegiate technical / non-technical festival Electrofocus-2K21 was organized by the Electronics Students Technical Association (ESTA) at Department of Electronics Engineering from 9th May 2021 (Sunday) to 10th May 2021 (Monday) in online mode.
The theme of event was based on Technical and Non-Technical competitions such as Python Coding, Technical Group Discussion, Sketching, Poem, Tech Quiz, Circuit simulation etc. The event took place in online mode through google meet.
Respected Principal of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology Dr. Kaushal K. Prasad (Ph. D. Mechanical), inaugurated the event. Total 31 students had participated in various competitions out of which 11 students were from other colleges in Ratnagiri, Devrukh, Kankavli, Kolhapur, Pandharpur, Pune, Mumbai, etc. which made this event truly intercollegiate. The winners of various competitions were rewarded with cash prize and e-certificates. The Entry to the various events was free to encourage more and more participations.
This event was aimed at helping students in exploring their creativity and technical skills. The confidence level in students seemed lifted up. Few students faced Technical Group Discussion for the first time, and few gave a way to their hidden skills by participating in the competitions.
Ms. Parnika G. Narvekar (Student Chief Coordinator, ESTA), and Mr. Mahesh A. Jadhav (Faculty In-charge, ESTA) smoothly carried out all the knowledge and fun activities with the support of all other teaching and non-teaching staff of Electronics Engineering Department under the guidance and suggestions of Prof. Girish. G. Bhide, HoD.
