मातृ वंदना – A Tribute to Sou. Sindhutai Sapkal
Electrical Engineering Students Association organized a virtual event entitled मातृ वदना – A Tribute to Late Sou. Sindhutai Sapkal on 15 January 2022. Maai’s extraordinary work in the field of Social Welfare benefitted more than 1500 orphans. Her life is a perfect example of how much difference can one person make. EESA invited Deepak Dada and Smita Tai Pansare as, the Chief Guests, for this event.
Deepak Dada, the first child adopted by Maai, and Smita Tai, one of the others whom Maai adopted, run the Mamta Bal Sadan in Pune. They consider themselves fortunate to have been found by Maai.
