Seminar on Logistics Development
On Monday, 24th September 2024, the Mechanical Engineering Students Association (MESA) of the Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a seminar on “Logistics Development .” The seminar was held in the C 1/6 Seminar Hall and was attended by final-year and third-year students. A total of 165 students from the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments participated in the seminar.
Mr. K P Ganesh a professional from Worley Industries, Mumbai, was the guest speaker for the event. Mr. K P Ganesh shared his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of logistics, focusing on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within the industry. His insights provided students with a comprehensive understanding of logistics development and its critical role in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, where Ms. Raorane addressed the queries raised by the students, further enhancing their understanding of project management concepts.
The entire event was successfully coordinated by MESA students team under the guidance of Prof. Gayatri M Kirkire, Prof. Hemant V Chavan and Dr. Milind S Kirkire, HoD Mechanical.
