Kalakruti 2K26 – A Celebration of Creativity
The Brainwaves 2K26 team of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri organized “Kalakruti 2K26 – Non-Technical Competition” to provide a platform for students to showcase their creativity, artistic skills, and innovative ideas. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from school and college students from various nearby institutions, making it a vibrant and engaging competition. The objective of Kalakruti was to encourage creativity, cultural expression, and talent beyond technical activities.
The event was inaugurated in the presence of the Guests of Honour for UTOPIA 2K26, Shri. Ravi Pandit, Co-Founder and Chairman of KPIT Technologies Ltd., and Shri. Vasant Dabholkar, I.A.S., Deputy Collector and SDO-II, North Goa, on 22nd Feb 2026. Their presence added great value to the event and inspired the participants. The dignitaries appreciated the initiative taken by the institute to provide a platform for students to express their creativity and talents.
The competition included a variety of creative events such as Best out of Waste, Mehendi, Reel and Short Making, Origami/Knitting/Quilling, Cup and Mug Painting, Pot Painting, Painting, Sketching, Mobile Photography, DSLR Photography, Rangoli, and Poster Making. Students actively participated in these activities and displayed impressive artistic abilities, creativity, and innovative thinking. The competitions created an energetic and joyful environment where participants could express their talents in different forms of art and design. School students from different nearby schools also actively participated in the competitions, making the event more lively and diverse.
