3-Day Value-Added Course on Modern Web Development using AI
The Department of Information Technology, FAMT, organized a 3-day Value-Added Course on “Modern Web Development using AI” in association with TestGrad Solutions, Kolhapur, from 6th to 8th October 2026.
The course offered students hands-on training in the core technologies of the web, namely HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap, along with an introduction to AI-powered tools now widely used in the software industry for code generation, debugging and UI design. Ms. Mrinalini from Test Grad Solutions, Kolhapur, conducted a hands-on session on HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap. Through guided practical sessions, students designed and built responsive, interactive websites and learned how AI tools can make the development process faster and more efficient, in line with current industry practice. The following were the objectives of the course.
- To give students hands-on training in core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap) so they can design and build responsive, interactive websites.
- To introduce students to AI-powered development tools for coding, debugging and UI generation, and how to use them to work faster in line with current industry practice.
A total of 76 students of the TE IT class participated in this Value-Added Course. The course was initiated by Dr. V. A. Bharadi, HOD, IT, and coordinated by Prof. Rashmi S More.
