A technical event titled “Cyber Arena” was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security), Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri, on 20th and 21st February 2026 at Venue EN 2/6.
The objective of the event was to promote technical awareness, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and student engagement in the domain of technology and cybersecurity through interactive competitions. The event provided students with an opportunity to showcase their analytical, logical, and creative skills in a competitive environment.
The event consisted of three competitions:
- Escape The Matrix – a group technical competition
- Tri-Apex Challenge – a group technical competition
- Cringe Reel Making – an individual participation event
Each event was designed with distinct objectives and participation formats. The two group competitions encouraged collaboration, strategy building, and technical problem-solving among participants, whereas the solo event provided a platform for individual creativity and presentation skills.
A total of three winning positions were declared for each event. In the two group competitions, three winning teams were awarded First, Second, and Third prizes, resulting in a total of six winning teams. In the solo event, three individual winners were declared for the corresponding prize positions. Thus, the event recognized a total of nine prize-winning entries, including six teams and three individual participants. Winners were awarded with a trophy, cash prizes and e-certificates.
