ACM Student Chapter Held Technocrat 2026

The “Technocrat 2026” was organized by the ACM Student Chapter of the Department of Information Technology at Finolex Academy of Management and Technology on February 20th and 21st, 2026.

The objective of Technocrat 2026 was to provide a platform for students to showcase their talents in both technical and non-technical domains while enhancing problem-solving skills, logical thinking, creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

The program began with the inauguration ceremony on 20th February, followed by the smooth execution of various competitions over two days in the IT Department. The ACM Student Chapter members played a significant role in planning, coordinating, and successfully conducting all events. Participants showed great enthusiasm and competitive spirit in the following activities:

  • Treasure Hunt – A problem-solving activity where participants solved technical and logical clues to reach the destination.
  • Blind Coding – A challenging coding competition where participants wrote code without viewing the output screen, testing their programming knowledge and confidence.
  • Image Prompting – A creative competition where participants generated innovative content using AI-based image prompts, highlighting imagination and technical understanding.
  • E-Football – An exciting gaming competition that tested strategic skills and quick decision-making abilities.
  • BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) – A competitive esports event that promoted teamwork, coordination, and gaming strategy.
  • Fun Games – Engaging activities designed to create a lively atmosphere and encourage active participation from students.

A total of 200 students participated in Technocrat 2026, and 15 winners were selected across different competitions. The Techfest was held under the guidance of HoD Dr. Vinayak Bharadi and ACM Coordinator Prof. Ashish Vartak. Overall, Technocrat 2026 was a grand success and provided students with valuable learning experiences along with enjoyment, strengthening both technical knowledge and team-building skills.
