Farewell Ceremony of  BE Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Batch of 2026

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering organized the farewell ceremony of the passing out Batch of 2026 in the Seminar Hall EN-2/5, on 22 April 2026, from 03.30 pm to 05.30 pm.

The event was well-organized by the Association of Students of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ASENT). Ms Anushka Ghanekar of TE EXTC gracefully anchored the event. The event began with a formal welcome of dignitaries on the dais – Principal, Dr. Kaushal Prasad, HoD Dr. Sharada Chougule, faculty members, Dr. G.G. Bhide, ASENT coheads, Mr Sahil and Ms Shreya. Students’ representatives of the BE EXTC class were also felicitated.

Dr Sharada Chougule guided the students on life after graduation, the importance of hard work, dedication, and discipline, and best wishes for their future. Principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad, in his message to students, took an overview of the current industry scenario, readiness for the opportunities, hard work, and some other success keys. He wished a very good life ahead for the passing out students.  Prof. Bhide reminded them to strengthen the skills they have and acquire some more skills which are exhibited by their seniors on LinkedIn. He also wished a great success for the BE EXTC batch students.

Finally, the representatives of the BE EXTC class expressed their feelings and shared memories of their stay in the academy. Ms Safeena Nakhwa, Mr Vedang Kanvinde, Mr. Madhav Sawant, and Mr Tejas Jambhekar, of BE EXTC, shared their feelings and gratitude towards the department and the college. Some of them became sentimental since soon they would leave the college and would miss this academic environment. After these speeches, Ms Anushka offered the vote of thanks. The students performed dances on this farewell party. Everybody enjoyed the snacks, and the event ended happily around 5.30 pm.
