Seminar on “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Future Jobs and Career Opportunities”

Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT), Ratnagiri organized a Seminar titled “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Future Jobs and Career Opportunities” on 18th February 2026, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC).

The seminar was delivered by Mr. Prashant Acharya, CEO of Aarayk Solutions, Ratnagiri. During the inaugural ceremony, Dr. Milind Yadav, Vice-Principal of FAMT, felicitated the Mr. Prashant Acharya, while IIC Coordinator Prof. Swapnali Teli felicitated Dr. Milind Yadav. The seminar aimed to raise awareness among students about the rapidly growing influence of Artificial Intelligence across industries and its impact on future career opportunities. The seminar saw active participation from 52 students.

Mr. Prashant Acharya delivered an insightful and informative session highlighting how Artificial Intelligence is transforming different sectors such as healthcare, education, business, and technology. He also explained the skills required for future careers in AI, the importance of continuous learning, and the emerging opportunities available for students in the field of Artificial Intelligence and related technologies. The session encouraged students to understand the importance of adapting to new technological advancements and preparing themselves for the evolving job market.

The seminar witnessed active participation from students who showed keen interest in understanding the practical applications of AI and its impact on future employment. The session proved to be highly informative and motivating for the participants, helping them gain valuable insights into the role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping future careers.
