Learn, Invest and Grow – An Investment Awareness and Financial Literacy Program
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, through the Mechanical Engineering Students Association, organized “Learn, Invest and Grow – An Investment Awareness and Financial Literacy Program” on 29th July 2026 at 3:30 PM in C 2/06, FAMT. The programme was specially organized for girl students with the objective of developing financial awareness, confidence, and responsible personal financial decision-making among young women.
The session featured Mr. Devendra Tare, CEO, DHAARAA Academics and Consultancy Services, as the resource person. He provided students with valuable insights into the importance of financial planning, saving, investment awareness, risk understanding, and informed financial decision-making. The session emphasized the need to develop sound financial habits early and encouraged students to approach financial matters with greater knowledge, confidence, and responsibility. A total of 30 girl students participated actively in the program.
