Career Pathways in Engineering — A Global Perspective
A one-day event titled Career Pathways in Engineering — A Global Perspective was organized by the Department of Information Technology on 02 April 2026. The main objective of the event was to expose undergraduate engineering students to diverse career pathways, including GATE, higher studies, research, and global academic opportunities through the lived experience of a distinguished engineering professional. The event was attended by 62 students. A distinguished speaker, Dr R. S. Patil (Assistant Professor at BITS PILANI DUBAI CAMPUS) was the resource person. He spoke about the GATE examination and tactics to crack the GATE examination.
The event was coordinated by Mr. Amar R. Palwankar under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Vinayak A. Bharadi (HoD – IT).
