A Session on ‘AI & Innovation Sprints: Rapid Prototyping for Digital Transformation’
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML), in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC), successfully organized an insightful session titled ‘AI & Innovation Sprints: Rapid Prototyping for Digital Transformation‘, on 6th February 2026 at 11:30 AM. The session was conducted for students of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology and was open to all departments. A total of 67 students participated in this session.
The objective of the session was to introduce students to modern innovation practices using Artificial Intelligence, rapid prototyping methodologies, and digital transformation strategies used in real‑world industries. The event aimed to motivate students to think creatively, develop solutions quickly, and understand how ideas can be transformed into working prototypes.
The resource person for the session was Mr. Omkar Bhatkar, YouTuber and Founder of Kokan Vastu. He shared his professional journey, practical experiences, and demonstrated how technology and AI tools can be effectively used for solving real‑life problems and building impactful digital solutions. He also explained the importance of experimentation, iterative development, and continuous learning in today’s fast‑changing technological world.
The session included interactive discussions where students actively participated by asking questions about innovation, entrepreneurship, content creation, and technology implementation. The speaker provided practical guidance on how students can start working on projects, build portfolios, and convert ideas into startups or professional opportunities.
The event was coordinated by Prof. S. R. Teli and Prof. S. S. Athalye from the Department of CSE (AI & ML). The session concluded with a vote of thanks to the speaker and participants for their enthusiastic participation.
