Aptitude Training Program 2026
The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology successfully organized a six-day Aptitude Training Program for final-year students from 27th July 2026 to 01st August 2026. Conducted in collaboration with APTECH, this intensive program was specifically designed to strengthen students’ foundational problem-solving abilities and prepare them thoroughly for the quantitative, logical, and verbal screening tests used during campus recruitment drives.
The program provided significant practical benefits to the participating students across all engineering and technology branches. Through focused classroom sessions, shortcut techniques, and practice problem sets, students sharpened their analytical skills, improved their test-taking speed, and built accuracy under time constraints. The active participation of 425 final-year students from all branches along with MCA students throughout the week made the initiative a resounding success, equipping students with the essential competencies and confidence needed to clear competitive placement assessments.
