IT Students on Industrial Visit to PHN Technologies Pune
The Department of Information Technology, Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri organized Industrial Visit to PHN Technologies Pune, on 26th February 2026, for the Second year (SE) students.
The visit provided students with a comprehensive understanding of IoT, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Drone Technology and real-time applications of artificial intelligence, Drones and IoT in the Current world. The visit offered students valuable insights into concerned technologies with hands-on experience and demonstrations at PHN by experts. The objective of the visit was to bridge the gap between theoretical academic learning and real-world industrial practices, enabling students to gain exposure to Robotics, AI and Drone Technology.
During the visit, students were introduced to the organizational structure and major research and development labs at PHN Technologies. They gained knowledge about IoT programming and drone technologies through different demonstrations and working applications in the labs.
The industrial visit was effectively coordinated by Prof. Omkar D. Dike, Prof. Shashank S. Tolye under the valuable encouragement and support of our Honorable Principal, Dr. Kaushal Prasad and Dr. Milind Yadav, Vice Principal. The students actively participated in the visit, interacted with experts, and expressed their strong interest in pursuing careers and research opportunities in robotics, AI and drone technology.
