Nature Club marks World Forest Day with a Presentation
Nature Club organized a Presentation on ‘Forest Conservation and Current Rate of Deforestation ‘ to show the reality of forest land and increased rate of deforestation on 21st March 2018 on the occasion of World Forest Day in canteen during lunch hour.
The presentation highlighted the popular issues related to deforestation, harmful effects on human and animals, annual rate of deforestation, forest cover of India in 2015 and current situation. The presentation offered some valid solutions on the recognized issues to make people aware about Forest Conservation.
Nature Club member Ameya Patkar and Rohan Posane took special endeavors to organize this session for FAMT students. Prof. U. K. Samant sir and Core Committee members of Nature Club coordinated the programme.
