Visit to South Asia’s Largest Exhibition on HVAC – ACREX INDIA 2018
A Visit to South Asia’s largest exhibition oo HVAC – ACREX INDIA 2018 was organized at BIEC, Bengaluru on 22ndFebruary, 2018 for ISHARE Student Members of Second, Third and Final Year Mechanical Engineering. Total 34 Students visited the exhibition.
ACREX India 2018 covered HVAC, Refrigeration and Building Automation Systems. More than 600 exhibitors from more than 30 countries including Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, the Netherlands, UAE, UK, Ukraine and USA participated in this exhibition. There were the most dedicated pavilions on Refrigeration & Cold Chain, Building Automation (BMS). The students interacted with industry officials and received information about recent technological developments in HVAC field.
The visit was organized by FAMT ISHRAE Student Chapter and coordinated by FAMT ISHRAE Faculty Advisor Mr. Hemant V. Chavan (Assistant Professor) and Mr. Abhijit M. Date ( Assistant Professor) under the guidance of Principal – Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department – Dr. M. S. Kirkire.
