Expert Talk On Industry Trends and Job Interview Preparation
The Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) organized an Expert Talk on “Industry Trends and Job Interview Preparation” program on 9th March 2026 with the aim to guide students on industry expectations, career preparation, and emerging trends in the technology sector. The program provided a valuable platform for students to interact with an experienced industry professional and gain practical insights into career planning and professional growth.
The resource person for the program was Mr. Nilkanth Kulkarni, Associate Software Developer at Neutrinos, Bangalore and a proud alumnus of the MCA department. The session began with a formal introduction of the resource person by Prof. Tejas V. Joshi, Head of the Department of MCA, who highlighted the professional achievements and industry experience of the alumnus, setting a positive tone for the interaction.
During the interactive session, Mr. Kulkarni shared valuable insights on current industry trends, highlighting the importance of staying updated with evolving technologies and developing practical skills alongside academic knowledge. He also emphasized the significance of continuous learning, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in the rapidly changing IT landscape.
