The Association of Computer Science Engineering Students (ACSES) organized a vibrant Fresher’s Party FRESHNOVA 2k25 for the Second-Year students of CSE (Cyber Security) and CSE (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) on 23rd September 2025.
The event aimed to welcome the new batch with joy, enthusiasm, and a sense of belonging to the department. The program commenced with a warm welcome address, followed by the lighting of the lamp ceremony. Ms Vrishali Nimbalkar, Head of the Department – CSE (Cyber Security), addressed the gathering and motivated the students to actively participate in all departmental activities to enhance their technical and personal skills. Dr Yogesh Gajmal, Head of the Department – CSE (AI & ML), in his address, encouraged students to embrace innovation and creativity in their learning journey.
The event was successfully coordinated under the guidance of Mr Akshay Shetye, Faculty In-charge of ACSES, who appreciated the student committee for their dedicated efforts in organising the event.
The atmosphere was full of excitement, laughter, and energy as students showcased their talents through dance performances, singing, skits, and games. The event provided a platform for students to express themselves and build strong bonds with their peers and seniors.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks and a DJ session, leaving everyone with unforgettable memories. Overall, the Fresher’s Party 2025 was a grand success, marking a joyful beginning for the new students of CSE (Cyber Security) and CSE (AI & ML).
