Quiz Blitz – Brainwaves Tech Fest 2025
The much-anticipated Quiz Blitz, an exciting quiz competition, was successfully organized as part of Brainwaves Tech Fest 2025 on February 20, 2025. The event, held at C 1/6 Seminar Hall, witnessed an overwhelming response with 24 teams participating, each eager to showcase their knowledge and intellectual prowess.
The competition was structured in multiple engaging rounds to test the participants’ knowledge, analytical skills, and quick thinking. The first round, an MCQ Round, served as an eliminator, challenging teams with a wide range of questions across various domains. The second round featured Tagline Trivia and Who am I, where teams had to identify brands and personalities, putting their awareness and reasoning abilities to the test. The third round comprised Dialogue, Tourism, and Riddles, assessing the teams’ linguistic and problem-solving skills. Finally, the grand finale saw six teams battle it out in the Spell Bee, Mystery Box, and Rapid Fire rounds, where precision, spontaneity, and confidence played a crucial role in determining the winners.
The competition was adjudicated by esteemed faculty members Prof. Sprooha Athalye and Prof. Swapnali Teli, who meticulously evaluated the teams’ performances. The top three teams that emerged victorious were awarded certificates, medals, and cash prizes, acknowledging their outstanding performance and intellectual acumen.
