Career Guidance Session on Engineers’ Growth in the Core Industry
The Training and Placement Cell (T&P) at Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT), Ratnagiri, successfully organized a Career Guidance Session on Engineers’ Growth in the Core Industry for third and final-year students of Electrical, Chemical, and Mechanical Engineering. The session was conducted by Mr. Mukund Toke (Chartered Engineer, Registered Valuer – Machinery & Plant, NPTI Trainer, MTech, IIT Kharagpur) on February 13, 2025.
The objective of the session was to provide valuable insights into career opportunities and professional growth in the core industry. Mr. Mukund Toke shared his expertise on industry trends, required skill sets, and strategies for career advancement in core engineering sectors. The session also covered the importance of certifications, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience for securing opportunities in reputed industries.
Students actively engaged in the session, gaining practical knowledge about career pathways and industry expectations. The interactive nature of the session allowed participants to clarify doubts and seek guidance directly from the expert. The session was well-received, with students appreciating the valuable career insights and industry exposure provided.
