Internal Hackathon Event Held at FAMT
The Department of Information Technology in association with IIC, Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri organized an Internal Hackathon Event on 28th August 2024, for the students of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri.
An Internal Hackathon event is a structured competition or collaborative event within an institute where students, often from various departments or teams, come together to work on innovative projects, solve specific problems, or develop new ideas. This event is typically held over a defined period of 24 hours and is designed to foster creativity, teamwork, and experimentation among students. A total of 15 teams participated in this event. The main objective of this event is to drive innovation and solve problems to enhance student engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Dr Yogesh M. Gajmal and Prof. Rashmi More coordinated the event under the guidance of Dr. Vinayak A. Bharadi, Professor & Head of the Information Technology Department and the encouragement of Honorable Principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad. The participants showed intense interest in attending such events in future.
