CSE Department Organized a Workshop on Ethical Hacking – Hands On
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) organized a two-day Workshop on ‘Ethical Hacking – Hands On’ for all TE and BE students of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML), Information Technology, and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. The workshop took place from February 8th, 2024, to February 9th, 2024.
The Principal, Dr. Kaushal Prasad, felicitated the experts. Three experts from TeleNetworks Technologies Pvt. Ltd, located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai—Soni Saroj, Bhakti Kataria, Manager of Technical Education, and Prachi Mulye, Cyber Security Manager were part of this workshop. The resource person for this two-day workshop was Ms Prachi Mulye, Cyber Security Manager at TeleNetworks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Prof. V. V. Nimbalkar, the Head of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) Department felicitated Dr Kaushal Prasad. The Head of Electronics and Telecommunication, Dr. S. V. Chougule were also present for the inauguration ceremony of the workshop. All faculty members of the CSE (AI & ML) department were also part of this workshop. The workshop was a resounding success, providing students with a transformative learning experience in the field of cybersecurity and ethical hacking. Led by seasoned cyber security experts, the workshop aimed to enhance students’ practical skills and knowledge in identifying and addressing cyber security vulnerabilities through hands-on activities, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations.
