About Women Development Cell

Introduction

FAMT pursues the practice to maintain a dignified, congenial working environment for women employees (including teaching & non-teaching) and students, where they can work, study and explore their potential to the fullest. The purpose to establish Women Development Cell in FAMT is “To encourage, to enhance, and to empower”.

Objectives 

1. To create social awareness about the problems faced by women and gender discrimination in particular. 
2. To direct women’s role in the society. 
3. To promote general well-being of female students and, teaching and non-teaching female employees of the institute.
