Webinar on Importance of Cyber Security in the 21st Century
The department of Information Technology organized an online Webinar on Importance of Cyber Security in 21st Century on February 5, 2021, from 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM for upgrading the knowledge of the students and to give them an exposure of the new technologies used in the industry.
Computer security, cybersecurity or information technology security is the protection of computer systems and networks from the theft of or damage to their hardware, software, or electronic data, as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services that are provided.
In the webinar, 116 students from SE and TE of the Information Technology Department participated online. The webinar was delivered by Mr Deepak Garg of ATS Learning Solutions. It was coordinated by Prof. Mangesh Balpande.
