Seminar on Opportunities in Technical Sales and Marketing
The Department of Chemical Engineering organized a Seminar on Opportunities in Technical Sales and Marketing on 10th February 2023. Ms Shital Jadhav, an alumnus of the Chemical Engineering Department and currently working as an Assistant Manager, at Chemco Group, Mumbai was invited to interact with Third Year and Final Year Chemical Engineering students, to look beyond the conventional job prospects in process industries.
The seminar was arranged in collaboration with the Association of Chemical Engineering Students (ACES) and began in the presence of the Head of the Department, Dr Nitin Kanse and Prof. P. A. Giri. Ms Shital Jadhav shared her experience with International Marketing Strategies and her journey from an undergraduate at FAMT to a Master’s in Business Management . She also shared her experience in technical sales and international marketing with various organizations. Final-year Chemical Engineering students coordinated the event successfully. Ms Purva Vanjari hosted the program and all faculty members of the Chemical Engineering Department were present for the seminar.
The seminar was attended by 43 students and successfully coordinated by Prof. P. A. Giri.
