Industry Expert Session on Recent Trends in Industrial Automation by SFC Environmental Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The Industry Expert Session on Recent Trends in Industrial Automation was organized on 24th January 2023 with the focus to transfer the knowledge directly from the people who mastered the technologies to grooming students of the Electrical Engineering Department, FAMT Ratnagiri.
The welcome address was delivered by Dr Jayant Mane, Associate Professor, Head of the Department. In his speech, he appreciated the department to conduct such a program which is very useful to the student community. Prof. Kishor Bhosale, Head, Training and Placement Cell, introduced the guest speaker Mr Hemant Bhole, Sr. Manager, SFC Environmental Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Mr Hemant Bhole delivered a talk on “Recent Trends in Industrial Automation”. He highlighted Industrial Automation, Process Control, Instrumentation and different types of Transducers which are used in the automation industry and their development in the recent scenario.
The session ended with a vote of thanks by Mr Sudhir Wamane, Coordinator, T&P Department. A total of around 34 students from Third Year students of Electrical Engineering attended the session and gained information on the requirements and opportunities in the Industrial Automation sector.
