A Seminar on Introduction to Python Programming and Raspberry PI
A Seminar on “Introduction to Python Programming and Raspberry PI” was organized by the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering on 31st January, 2019 for the E&Tc students.
Dr. S. V. Chougule, HOD, EXTC, welcomed and introduced Mr. Samrjeet P. Chavan, Business Lead & Director, Jeet Fortuneline Pvt. Ltd., Sangli; the resource person. The seminar covered topics like introduction and importance of python programming, applications of Raspberry Pi etc.
Mr. Samrjeet P. Chavan briefly introduced Python, an interpreted, object-oriented, high-level programming language with dynamic semantics. Its’ high-level built-in data structures combined with dynamic typing and dynamic binding, make it very attractive for Rapid Application Development. It is also a language to connect existing components together. Python’s simple and easy to learn syntax emphasizes readability; therefore, it reduces the cost of program maintenance. He also explained the benefits of python programming and Raspberry Pi.
The students got insights into the latest technologies through this seminar which served following objectives: 1) To get acquainted with knowledge of python programming 2) To understand the industry scenario and job opportunities in programming domain using python.
