Poster Exhibition to Celebrate Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti
The student association of the Department of MCA (SAM) organised Poster Exhibition to celebrate the Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on 18thFebruary 2020.
The Poster Exhibition depicted the significant life events of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj along with the posters of his unknown Mawalas and information of some the important forts.
I/c Principal Dr. Sanjay B. Kulkarni inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of Head, Department of MCA Prof. Tejas. Joshi, SAM Faculty In-charge, Prof. Rahul Kotawadekar, the faculty members and students of the Department of MCA. Dr. Sanjay B. Kulkarni appreciated the efforts taken by the students and also asked the students to follow the principles of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The main attraction of the exhibition was the huge rangoli drawn by the students as a tribute to Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
The exhibition was visited by the faculty members and students of different departments who also appreciated the organization and provided valuable feedback for the organization of the exhibition.
The planning and organization of the event were smoothly executed by the SAM Chief Coordinator Mr. Shubham Chavan with the help of the entire team of student volunteers under the guidance of Head of Department, Prof. Tejas. Joshi and SAM Faculty In-charge Prof. Rahul V. Kotawadekar. All the other faculty members of the department, Prof. Harshada U. Salvi, Prof. Ravindra V. Kerkar, Prof. Kishor R. Bhosale, and Prof. Waman R. Parulekar also provided timely guidance as and when needed for the organization of the event.
