The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) successfully conducted a Parents Meet on March 7th, 2025, in hybrid mode, facilitating online and offline participation. The meeting aimed to strengthen communication between faculty and parents of SE, TE, and BE students. 104 parents attended the meeting, with 13 parents present offline and 91 parents joining through Google Meet.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by our student anchor, Mr. Shivam Parab. After the welcome, he introduced all faculty members to the parents. To honour parental support, one representative each from SE, TE, and BE student parents was welcomed with a floral bouquet. Following this, the Head of the Department, Prof. Vrishali Nimbalkar, delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the CSE (AI & ML) Department’s activities, students’ academic performance, events, and future initiatives.
An interactive session followed, where parents could express their queries and share their thoughts. The online session was managed by Prof. Akshay Shetye, who efficiently handled queries and addressed doubts raised by parents. Simultaneously, for offline attendees, the session was conducted by the HOD Ma’am, along with Prof. Swapnali Teli, Prof. Rahulkumar Tivarekar, and other esteemed faculty members, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
