Parents Meet for Second Year Engineering Students (2016-17)
FAMT organized ‘Parents Meet’ for Second Year Engineering Students on 11 February, 2017. The agenda of the meeting was to interact with the parents, update them about initiatives of the academy for the students and seek their involvement in educating their pupil.
Prof. V. S. Chougule, Coordinator of the meet, welcomed all the parents. Dr. Kaushal Prasad addressed the parents on preset scenario of the industry and the efforts by the academy to bridge the gap between industry and the institute. Prof. Kishor R. Bhosale, TPO, shared information about training and placement activities of the institute to improve students’ performance in placements. Around 250 parents were present for this meeting, and interacted with the Principal & Second Year Class Teachers. A team of S. E. faculty members were present for the meet. Prof. U.D Gulhane extended vote of thanks. It was followed by branch-wise parent meet where the parents were briefed about departmental initiatives and their pupil’s academic performance. Read More
