Parent Meet FH2024
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) hosted a Parent Meet on April 20th, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, aimed at fostering a closer connection between the faculty and parents of SE, TE, and BE students of CSE (AI & ML) department. With a total of 28 parents in attendance, the event was an engaging platform for dialogue and collaboration. The proceedings commenced with a warm welcome by Mrs. Sprooha Athalye.
Prof. Vrishali Nimbalkar, the Head of Department for CSE (AI & ML), extended her gratitude to all the parents for their presence and participation. She provided insights into the department’s initiatives and activities, highlighting the achievements of students who excelled with above 9 pointers in their exams. Prof. Nimbalkar also outlined the department’s plans aimed at enhancing the quality of education and fostering innovation.
Following the presentation, several parents shared their perspectives and experiences, enriching the discourse with valuable insights. This interactive session facilitated a deeper understanding between the faculty and parents, fostering a collaborative environment for the student’s academic journey.
To further strengthen the bond, the faculty members of the CSE (AI & ML) department were introduced, allowing parents to familiarize themselves with the dedicated educators shaping their children’s academic growth. The ensuing interactions between the teachers and parents provided an opportunity for mutual understanding and support.
As a gesture of appreciation, the department provided refreshments, allowing for informal networking and camaraderie among the attendees. The Parents Meet concluded on a positive note, with a reaffirmed commitment to collaboration and excellence in education, marking another successful endeavour by the CSE (AI & ML) department in nurturing the academic community.
The coordinators of this parent meeting were Prof. Swapnali R. Teli, Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML), and Prof. Sprooha Athalye, Assistant Professor, of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML). This parent’s meeting was successfully conducted under the guidance of Prof. V.V.Nimbalkar, HoD, Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML).
