The Magazine Committee of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology organized a College Level online creative writing competition on 27th February 2021 on the occasion of ‘मराठी भाषा दिवस’, the birth anniversary of legendary marathi writer Shri. Vishu Wamam Shirwadkar famously known as ‘Kavi Kusumagraj. The objectives of the competition were
1) To encourage the students to nurture creative writing as an extra- curricular activity
2) To imbibe the cultural importance of ‘मराठी भाषा दिवस’ on the students.
Total 19 students of FAMT participated in the competition which had following catagories.
1) निबंध / Essay Writing
2) शब्द कवीचा-आशय माझा / Read the poet in my words
Prof. Darshana. M. Bapat, worked as a judge for the competition. Prof. Priya A. Potdar -Faculty In-charge, Magazine Committee and the departmental coordinators of the committee successfully organized the event under the guidance of Principal- Dr. Kaushal Prasad and Faculty In-charge Student Affairs- Prof. D. D. Joshi.
