One Week Online Faculty Development Program on

Exploring the Dimensions of Innovation, Incubation and Emerging Technologies to Embrace the Post COVID Changes

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri, organized a one-week online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on ‘Exploring the Dimensions of Innovation, Incubation and Emerging Technologies to Embrace post-COVID Changes’ from 8^th June 2020 to 12^th June 2020.

On 8^th June 2020, the program was inaugurated. Dr. Milind Kirkire welcomed the speakers and the participants which was followed by the invocation of God. Ms. Aruna M Katara, President, Hope Foundation and Research Centre, Pune, graced the inaugural programme and addressed the participants. Dr. S K Ukarande (Associate Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Mumbai and Principal, K J Somaiya Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mumbai) delivered the keynote address. Dr. Kaushal Prasad congratulated the organizing team for the initiative.

The online FDP was organized and convened by Dr. Milind Kirkire, Dean Academics and Head of Mechanical Engineering Department along with Dr. Milind Yadav, Associate Professor, and coordinated by Prof. Mahadev Naik, and Prof. Amar Yekane Assistant Professors, Mechanical Engineering Department, with the guidance of Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal, FAMT.

The infrastructural support was provided by Mr. Mayur Targaonkar (Registrar), Mr. Pawaskar, Mr. Peje, and Mr. Salvi.

A total of 916 participants enrolled for the FDP from across India.
