Now a days, companies demand engineers with certain set of skills. So as to enhance students’ employability, a Guest lecture was arranged in the department of Electrical Engineering on 14th January, 2017. Shri. Paresh Teredesai, Head, IT Service Center, Konecrane India Pvt. Ltd was invited as a speaker. During his interactive sessions, he spoke about various attributes of employability.
During his interactive sessions, he spoke about various attributes of employability. Topics like industry expectations, preparation for pre-interview and post-interview, and competency were covered. Two interviews videos of top HRs of the company were also shown during the session.
Total 107 students along with 5 faculty members participated in the lecture. Prof. S.H.Mhabadi proposed vote of thanks at the end. Prof. M.N.Tagare took initiative to arrange this program for the department.
