IT Department Held Internal Hackathon
The Department of Information Technology, Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri organized an “Internal Hackathon” on 12th September 2023, for the students of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri.
An Internal Hackathon was a structured competition or collaborative event within FAMT where students, from various departments or teams, came together to work on innovative projects, solve specific problems, or develop new ideas. This event was typically held over a defined period that is for 24 hours and was designed to foster creativity, teamwork, and experimentation among students. The main objective of this event was to drive innovation and solve problems to enhance student engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Dr Yogesh M. Gajmal and Prof. Onkar D. Dike coordinated the event under the guidance of Dr. Vinayak A. Bharadi, Professor and Head of the Information Technology Department and the encouragement of Honorable Principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad. The participants showed intense interest in attending such events in future too.
