Industry Expert Session by Adisoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The Department of Electrical Engineering, FAMT Ratnagiri organized an Industrial Expert Talk on Application of Electrical Engineering in Automation Industry”. on 27th February 2023.
Mr Kishor Bhosale, Head of T&P Cell, introduced the Guest speaker, Mr. Shashikant Magdum, Corporate Office, Adisoft Technologies Private Limited, Pune. He delivered a talk on “Application of Electrical Engineering in Automation Industry”.
The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Jayant Mane, Associate Professor and Head of the Department. In his speech, he appreciated the department conducting such a program which is very useful to the student community. He also emphasizes the importance and roles of Electrical Engineering industries in recent days.
Mr. Shashikant Magdum highlighted the importance of PLC, SCADA HMI etc. in the automation industry and its development in recent scenarios. He also discussed various types of PLC products such as Allen Bradly, and Siemens. The session ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. Sudhir Wamane, Coordinator, T&P Cell. Over all 28 students of third year Electrical Engineering participated in this event and benefited.
